Aces Cracked in Threeway Race (tourney)

Maybe I should have called, but I wanted to go heads-up and if I didn't, I wanted to take a big pot down. We were into a part of the tournament when you had to have a decent chip stack to get through the blinds. I was a 71% favorite pre-flop and it stayed that way on the flop. What's so sick is that the big stack (or the guy with the biggest stack among the three in the hand) was just a 7% dog on the flop. He improved to 20% on the turn and I went down a few notches to 69%. It was enough though to crack me and I just can't help but wonder if this poker software has something wrong with it.
