Flopped Straight No Good (cash)

I don't know how to label this hand because I was drawing dead. The best I could hope for was a chopped pot, but instead got killed. I should never have capped the betting on the turn or even raised on the river but I was tilting slightly as well as trying to be aggressive. I didn't think my opponent would have the same hand as I did but with a better draw. This hand is pretty symbolic of my seven hour marathon session in which nothing seemed to go my way. Sometimes it's better to just quit and take a small loss to fight another day, than it is to be stubborn and keep pumping money into a losing session.
