Big Stack BS Once more (tourney)

Once again, the big stack hits a miracle river to take the hand and knock two players out. The big stack was the dog pre-flop, on the flop, and the turn. He was just a 17% dog on the flop and turn. I don't understand how this seems to happen so often, but I can't help but really consider that the programming has some issues.
